Our journey began at the family dinner table – five people, five tastes, from three different continents around the globe, with a shared passion for flavour and a love of clean eating.

As we all know, life can get pretty hectic, and it’s not always easy to find time in our busy schedules to enjoy quality time with friends and family. Here at Mahi, we believe that meal time is that special hour of the day to sit down and enjoy great food and even greater company. Scouring the supermarket aisles, we wanted a sauce that would cut prep time in half and deliver a meal full of flavor, but all we found were products full of artificial ingredients and nasty chemicals or boring, bland sauces that lacked that zing we were craving. That’s what got us thinking! We pulled together a team of experts (who we like to call our Mahi sauceologists!) to create a simple, all-natural alternative for those seeking a sauce that was as tasty as it was healthy. After a decade of mixing, blending and experimentation in the kitchen, we perfected a range of sauces and marinades that fuse together the finest ingredients to tantalise your taste buds and deliver an explosion of flavor. No chemicals, no artificial nasties. No preservatives. Just delectable wholesome goodness!

All of our products are manufactured in the United Kingdom at our Cambridgeshire Factory. Based on 2.5 acres of picturesque landscape, we have production facilities for both hot and cold filling, with chilled/ambient production area of nearly 20,000 square feet and storage space of 50,000 square feet. The site is purpose built and designed to operate to the highest standards of food safety and product security. All products are manufactured to British Retail Consortium Standards and we are fully committed to complying with Fair Trade regulations.

We believe in the family values and look at our customers as extension of our family with strong loyalty and support. No doubt we expect the same of our customers. It is this unique relationship that distinguishes us from any other company.

The best part? We believe that no child should go hungry which is why we donate 10% of our profits to the distribution of Ready-To-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF), a lifesaving treatment to fight malnutrition among children around the world.
